THOUGH HIGHS AND LOWS WERE (ON AVERAGE) THE WARMEST THEY'VE BEEN IN  
SEVERAL YEARS, THE MONTH OF JULY WAS THE FOURTH CONSECUTIVE MONTH  
WITH A MEAN TEMPERATURE BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE. FOR THE SECOND  
YEAR IN A ROW, THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH WAS 95  
DEGREES. THIS ALSO MARKED THE FIFTH JULY IN A ROW WITH NO 100-DEGREE  
DAYS.  
 
FOR THE FIRST MONTH THIS YEAR, RAINFALL WAS BELOW AVERAGE, AND BY A  
LITTLE OVER ONE INCH. PORTIONS OF THE SECOND AND THIRD WEEKS WERE  
THE DRIEST PERIOD, AND THERE WERE SIX TOTAL DAYS WITH MEASURABLE  
RAINFALL.

THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2018. THE AVERAGE  
LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2016. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY  
TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2018.
