THE MISSOURI BOOTHEEL...NORTH MISSISSIPPI...AND WEST TENNESSEE.

TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
THE REMNANTS OF BARRY WILL CONTINUE TO BRING RAINFALL TO THE  
MIDSOUTH. FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE IN AREAS AFFECTED BY  
PERSISTENT RAIN BANDS.  
 
SOME THUNDERSTORMS EMBEDDED IN THE HEAVIER RAIN BANDS COULD  
BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE TODAY. DAMAGING WINDS WOULD BE THE MAIN  
THREAT.
