* AT 829 AM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING  
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. MESONET MEASUREMENTS AT BIXBY  
SUGGESTED RAINFALL RATES GREATER THAN 2 INCHES PER HOUR. SOME  
REPORTS OF ROAD CLOSURES DUE TO HIGH WATER HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AS  
WELL. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN OR HAS ALREADY  
BEGUN.
