THE MID TEENS. MCCOOK WAS AT 15 DEGREES. BURLINGTON AND COLBY WERE  
AT 7 DEGREES. WINDS WERE FROM THE WEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.  
 
OUTLOOK... WEDNESDAY HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE LOW TO MID  
30S. SNOW WILL TAPER OUT IN THE MORNING AND CLOUDS WILL DECREASE  
THROUGH THE DAY. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE WEST-NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 20  
MPH. PATCHY BLOWING SNOW IS POSSIBLE IN THE AFTERNOON.  
 
FLURRIES WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY AFTERNOON, WITH SNOW CHANCES IN  
THE EVENING. RAIN AND SNOW CHANCES INCREASE GOING INTO FRIDAY AND  
FRIDAY NIGHT. RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO ALL SNOW ON SATURDAY.
