CLOUD COVER BEGAN TO INCREASE FROM THE WEST OVERNIGHT. NORTH TO  
NORTHEAST WINDS WERE OBSERVED AROUND 10 MPH. AT 4 AM MDT (5 AM  
CDT), TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 29 DEGREES IN OBERLIN, KANSAS TO 38  
DEGREES IN BENKELMAN, NEBRASKA.  
 
OUTLOOK... EXPECT HIGHS IN THE UPPER 40S TO UPPER 50S TODAY, UNDER  
MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. NORTH WINDS SHIFT TO THE SOUTH AT 10 TO 15  
MPH. PRECIPITATION CHANCES MOVE INTO THE REGION FROM THE WEST  
OVERNIGHT, WITH RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW AS TEMPERATURES FALL INTO  
THE UPPER 20S AND LOW 30S. THERE LOOKS TO BE A LULL IN  
PRECIPITATION MIDDAY WEDNESDAY, FOLLOWED BY ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR  
RAIN AND SNOW WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE GREATEST CHANCE OF  
ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL OCCUR THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY, MAINLY  
FOR WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION.
