15 KNOTS THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS SOUTHEAST OF THE UPPER KEYS.  
THESE SHOWERS WILL BE CAPABLE OF REDUCED VISIBILITY WITH POCKETS OF  
LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN. ISLAND COMMUNITIES FROM ISLAMORADA TO KEY  
LARGO HAVE A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR A BRIEF SHOWER. SIGNIFICANT
