FLORIDA STRAITS OFF OF THE MIDDLE AND UPPER KEYS, AND CONTINUE INTO  
THE IMMEDIATE WATERS SURROUNDING OCEAN REEF. THE STRONGER ACTIVITY  
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS NEAR 20 MPH, REDUCED  
VISIBILITY IN MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN, AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF  
AROUND ONE TENTH OF AN INCH. LOCATIONS NEAR OCEAN REEF MAY BE
