IMPACT THE GULF WATERS NORTH OF THE LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS, ALONG AND  
NORTH OF A LINE FROM NEAR SNIPE POINT TO CAPE SABLE. ELSEWHERE,  
EXPECT ISOLATED SHOWERS OVER HAWK CHANNEL, FLORIDA BAY, THE OFFSHORE  
GULF WATERS WEST OF MAINLAND MONROE, AND THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA FROM  
10 TO 60 NM SOUTH OF THE KEYS ISLAND CHAIN. MARINERS MAY ENCOUNTER  
WIND GUSTS AROUND 25 KNOTS, HEAVY DOWNPOURS REDUCING VISIBILITIES  
BELOW 3 MILES, AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES. MOVEMENT OF THE
