INLAND PORTIONS OF SOUTH FLORIDA. VISIBILITY AT TIMES MAY FALL TO  
LESS THAN A MILE THROUGH 800 AM EST. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW  
DOWN, USE CAUTION, AND PREPARE FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY
