CLEAR BY MIDNIGHT. CONDITIONS WILL BE WARM AND MUGGY WITH LOW  
TEMPERATURES DROPPING INTO THE MID TO UPPER 70S...ABOUT 5 DEGREES  
ABOVE AVERAGE. EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH WILL
