A LINE OF STORMS HAS DEVELOPED ALONG I-95 FROM MELBOURNE TO STUART.  
THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EASTWARD AT AROUND 25 MPH, BEFORE  
PUSHING OFFSHORE. WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH  
THESE STORMS, AS WELL AS FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING, AND TORRENTIAL  
RAINFALL. LOCALIZED FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH  
FLOODED ROADWAYS.  
 
MARINERS ON THE INTRACOASTAL AND NEAR SHORE ATLANTIC WATERS SHOULD  
BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR STORMS MOVING TOWARD THE COAST FROM THE  
MAINLAND. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE STRONG WIND GUSTS, POSING  
A HAZARD TO SMALL CRAFT.
