EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA, WEST OF INTERSTATE 95 THROUGH MID AFTERNOON,  
AS THE EAST COAST SEA BREEZE MOVES INLAND. ANY STORMS THAT CAN  
DEVELOP COULD BECOME STRONG, PRODUCING FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES,  
STRONG GUSTY WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL, AS  
THIS ACTIVITY MOVES NORTH TO NORTHWEST AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH.  
OTHERWISE, RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN LOW, AROUND 20 TO 30 PERCENT  
ACROSS INLAND AREAS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.
