WINDS AND SEAS INTO FRIDAY WITH ANOTHER SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY  
POSSIBLE. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD NORTHWEST OF THE WATERS OVER  
THE WEEKEND WITH DIMINISHING WINDS AND SEAS.
