STRONG HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD SOUTHEASTWARD FROM THE WESTERN  
GREAT LAKES REGION INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON MONDAY AND THEN OFF THE  
CAROLINA COAST BY TUESDAY EVENING. FREQUENT GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS  
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING NEAR SHORE AND THROUGH  
LATE EVENING OFFSHORE BEFORE SUBSIDING AFTER MIDNIGHT. ONSHORE  
WINDS WILL DEVELOP BY MONDAY AFTERNOON, AND THESE WINDS WILL  
STRENGTHEN ON TUESDAY, REACHING SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS  
OFFSHORE BY TUESDAY NIGHT. STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP ON  
WEDNESDAY IN ADVANCE OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT, WITH WIDESPREAD  
SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND  
THURSDAY MORNING AS THIS FRONT PASSES THROUGH. STRONG
