A HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM INITIALLY OVER THE EASTERN  
UNITED STATES WILL BROADEN AND MOVE TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST INTO THE  
WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WITH THE  
DEVELOPING HIGH PRESSURE, BREEZES WILL FRESHEN FROM THE NORTHEAST  
TO EAST. A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH DOWN FLORIDA WEDNESDAY  
NIGHT AND THURSDAY. FRESH TO OCCASIONALLY STRONG NORTHEAST TO  
EAST BREEZES ARE LIKELY BEGINNING THURSDAY AFTERNOON AS EVEN  
STRONGER HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS ACROSS THE EASTERN UNITED STATES AND
