DUE TO A SWELL COMPONENT, OFFSHORE SEAS HAVE STUBBORNLY HELD AT 3  
TO 4 FEET, SO WE NUDGED UP THE WAVE HEIGHT FORECAST FOR THE  
OVERNIGHT HOURS. THE APPROACH OF A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE  
OVER THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL VEER WINDS TO THE SOUTH BY  
WEDNESDAY NIGHT, WITH ITS ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH THE  
WATERS THURSDAY. WINDS WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY ARE  
EXPECTED TO BE SOLIDLY AT GALE FORCE LEVELS, GUSTING 35 TO 40  
KNOTS, WITH SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS BUILDING TO 12 FEET OFFSHORE
