THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR  
 
* A PORTION OF SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS,  
BEN HILL, BERRIEN, BROOKS, COLQUITT, COOK, IRWIN, LANIER, LOWNDES,  
TIFT, TURNER AND WORTH.  
 
* UNTIL 3 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING  
 
* RAIN BANDS WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS FROM TROPICAL STORM SALLY ARE  
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA INTO THURSDAY  
MORNING. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR CATASTROPHIC FLOODING ACROSS  
PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE INTO EXTREME SOUTHEAST  
ALABAMA, WHERE OVER 15 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY OCCURRED, WITH  
LOCALIZED HIGHER AMOUNTS.
