* FLOOD STAGE IS 24.0 FEET.  
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
* RECENT ACTIVITY...THE MAXIMUM RIVER STAGE IN THE 24 HOURS ENDING  
AT 9:00 PM CST THURSDAY WAS 24.3 FEET.  
* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO CREST NEAR 24.7 FEET BY EARLY  
FRIDAY EVENING. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE  
EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.  
* IMPACT...AT 24.0 FEET, FLOODING OF LOW LYING FARM AND PASTURELANDS
