WARNING, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 9 AM EST MONDAY.  
 
* TEMPERATURES...LOWS EARLY MONDAY MORNING AROUND 30.  
 
* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS THIS AFTERNOON 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS  
UP TO 35 MPH. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE THIS EVENING AND  
OVERNIGHT.  
 
* IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS THIS AFTERNOON WILL BLOW AROUND UNSECURED  
OBJECTS. TREE LIMBS COULD BE BLOWN DOWN AND A FEW POWER OUTAGES  
MAY RESULT. FREEZING TEMPERATURES EARLY MONDAY MORNING COULD  
KILL SENSITIVE VEGETATION.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
A FREEZE WARNING MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE IMMINENT OR  
EXPECTED FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE  
TAKEN TO ENSURE TENDER VEGETATION AND OUTDOOR PETS HAVE ADEQUATE  
PROTECTION FROM THE COLD TEMPERATURES. YOUNG CHILDREN, THE  
ELDERLY AND THE HOMELESS ARE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO THE COLD.
