A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES SOUTHEAST OF BLOUNTSTOWN TO 16 MILES  
SOUTH OF ST. MARKS. MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 10 MPH.  
 
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
