SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS
 
 
A STRONG SURFACE HIGH FAR NORTH OF THE ISLANDS WILL MOVE SLOWLY  
EAST OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. THE HIGH WILL PRODUCE STRONG  
EASTERLY TRADE WINDS, WITH GALES IN AREAS WHERE THE WIND  
ACCELERATES AROUND THE ISLANDS. BY THIS WEEKEND, THE WINDS WILL  
GRADUALLY WEAKEN, AND SHIFT OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST AS A FRONT  
APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST.
