SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS
 
 
HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN FAR NORTH-NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS  
THROUGH THE WEEK. WEST OF THE STATE, A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IS  
EXPECTED TO TRACK NORTHWARD OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS. A DEEPENING  
UPPER-LEVEL LOW WILL APPROACH THE AREA FROM THE NORTHEAST TOWARD  
THE END OF THIS WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND FOR UNSTABLE, WET  
CONDITIONS.
