A TROUGH JUST NW OF THE OFFSHORE WATERS IS EXPECTED TO  
WEAKEN AND MOVE WELL NW OF THE AREA AS HIGH PRESSURE STRENGTHENS FAR  
N OF THE STATE OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS. THE HIGH IS EXPECTED TO  
MAINTAIN FRESH TO STRONG TRADES THROUGH FRIDAY, THEN GRADUALLY EASE  
THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
