SYNOPSIS
 
A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY NEAR KAUAI WILL MOVE SLOWLY E  
OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS AND STALL OVER THE NE WATERS DURING THE  
SECOND HALF OF THE WEEK. A CONVERGENT AREA AHEAD OF THE FRONT WILL  
PRODUCE THUNDERSTORMS, ESPECIALLY OVER THE NORTHERN CENTRAL WATERS  
TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY.  

 
HAWAIIAN WATERS WITHIN 40 NAUTICAL MILES INCLUDING THE CHANNELS-
