SYNOPSIS
 
A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH OVER SE WATERS WILL MOVE SLOWLY E  
DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS NW OF THE  
REGION. A DISSIPATING FRONT WILL MOVE OVER THE NW HALF OF THE AREA ON  
MONDAY AND TUESDAY, FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER FRONT ON TUESDAY AND  
WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING BEHIND THE FRONT WILL DRIVE  
INCREASING N WINDS.  

 
HAWAIIAN WATERS WITHIN 40 NAUTICAL MILES INCLUDING THE CHANNELS-
