AREA. WITH DEW POINT TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TO BE IN THE UPPER  
TEENS TO MID 20S, EXPECT MINRH VALUES TO STAY IN THE LOW 30S TO  
LOW 40S FOR THE DAY OTHERWISE, LIGHT NORTHERLY WINDS WILL BECOME A  
TOUCH BREEZY THIS AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH POSSIBLE.  
WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE THIS EVENING AND BECOME MORE  
NORTHEASTERLY OVERNIGHT. BESIDES A STRAY SHOWER IN OUR WESTERN  
COUNTIES THIS EVENING, EXPECT MOST OF THE AREA TO REMAIN
