DISCUSSION

A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVING ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT AND
SUNDAY WILL BRING SOMEWHAT LIGHTER WINDS TO AREAS EAST OF THE
JAMES RIVER VALLEY SUNDAY. HOWEVER, A COLD FRONT PUSHING EAST
ACROSS SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA WILL BE FOLLOWED BY INCREASING
NORTHWEST WINDS, WHICH WILL THEN CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY AND
TUESDAY WITH FREQUENT DAYTIME GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 25 TO 30 MPH.

A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS MAY ALSO SLIDE ACROSS AREAS NORTH OF I-90
SUNDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY MONDAY, BUT OTHERWISE PRECIPITATION
WILL BE LIMITED THIS WEEK UNTIL A LARGER SYSTEM MOVES INTO
THE REGION LATE THIS WEEK (THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY).
