..AREAS OF DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING  
 
AREAS OF DENSE FOG REDUCING VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE  
HAVE DEVELOPED BETWEEN THE JAMES AND MISSOURI RIVER VALLEYS IN  
SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO SLOWLY  
IMPROVE THROUGH 8 TO 9 AM, THOUGH ADDITIONAL FOG MAY DEVELOP INTO  
GREGORY COUNTY WEST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER.  
 
IF TRAVELING IN AREAS WEST OF THE JAMES RIVER THIS MORNING, BE  
PREPARED FOR CHANGING VISIBILITY. WITH TEMPERATURES NEAR TO BELOW  
FREEZING, UNTREATED SURFACES MAY BECOME SLIPPERY DUE TO FREEZING  
FOG.
