SKIES WERE PARTLY SUNNY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY ACROSS MUCH OF THE TRI-  
STATE REGION EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON. SOUTHERLY WINDS AROUND 10 MPH  
WERE OBSERVED. AT 3 PM MDT (4 PM CDT) TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 49  
DEGREES IN OAKLEY, KANSAS TO 58 DEGREES IN YUMA, COLORADO. SHOWERS  
AND THUNDERSTORMS ENTERED THE REGION FROM THE NORTHWEST.  
 
OUTLOOK... SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD EXIT THE REGION TO  
THE EAST THIS EVENING. TEMPERATURES FALL INTO THE 30S OVERNIGHT  
UNDER PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AS SOUTHEAST WINDS SHIFT TO THE  
SOUTHWEST AROUND 10 MPH. PATCHY FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER  
MIDNIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING.  
 
EXPECT HIGHS IN THE MID 60S TO MID 70S ON TUESDAY WITH DECREASING  
CLOUD COVER. DRY CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED. THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY  
FOR PRECIPITATION ACROSS THE REGION WILL BE SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM  
CHANCES ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, FOLLOWED BY THE POTENTIAL FOR
