AN EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE AREA THIS  
AFTERNOON AS HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RISE INTO THE 108 TO 114  
DEGREE RANGE.  
 
FLOODING ON THE BIG BLUE RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES UPSTREAM OF  
TUTTLE CREEK LAKE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL WATER LEVELS ON THE LAKE  
COME DOWN. FLOODING ON THE DELAWARE RIVER UPSTREAM OF PERRY LAKE  
WILL CONTINUE UNTIL WATER LEVELS ON THE LAKE COME DOWN.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.  
 
THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING CONTINUES FOR THE ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA  
THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON, WITH HEAT INDEX VALUES EXPECTED TO  
RANGE FROM 103 TO 110 DEGREES.
