SOUTHEAST BETWEEN 5 TO 10 MPH BY IGNITION TIME AND WILL CONTINUE  
THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE AFTERNOON. THIS EVENING WINDS WILL  
DIMINISH BECOMING LIGHT OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST. MIXING HEIGHTS OF  
500 TO 1500 FEET WILL BE THE RULE TODAY. DRIZZLE OR LIGHT RAIN  
WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA TOMORROW MORNING AND CHANGE OVER TO SNOW
