FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS ARE SLIGHTLY ELEVATED TOMORROW. RELATIVE  
HUMIDITY WILL DROP INTO THE LOW 30 PERCENT RANGE BY THE AFTERNOON.  
CAN'T RULE OUT SOME AREAS LOWERING INTO THE UPPER 20 PERCENT RANGE  
THOUGH EITHER. AS FOR WINDS, THEY WILL BE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST  
FOR MOST OF THE DAY, BUT WILL BECOME WESTERLY CLOSER TO SUNSET.  
WIND SPEEDS WILL BE SUSTAINED BETWEEN 10-15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO  
20 MPH. WE SHOULD START SEEING THESE GUSTS AROUND IGNITION TIME. WIND  
SPEEDS WILL PEAK IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON AND THEN SHOULD GRADUALLY  
DECREASE THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
