* FLOOD STAGE IS 19.0 FEET.  
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE TO  
RISE TO NEAR 20.1 FEET BY THIS AFTERNOON.THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW  
FLOOD STAGE BY THIS EVENING.  
* IMPACT...AT 19.0 FEET...MINOR FLOODING OF LOWLAND AREAS OCCURS ALONG  
THE RIVER FROM VERMILLION TO THE MOUTH OF THE BLACK VERMILLION
