AREA. HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP AS WE GO THROUGH THE  
AFTERNOON, AND ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.  
FLASH FLOODING IS ONGOING OR EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.  
 
HAZARD...FLASH FLOODING CAUSED BY THUNDERSTORMS.
