THE BLACK RIVER OVER NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

RISING RIVER LEVELS AND FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG THE  
MISSISSIPPI RIVER AND SOME OF ITS TRIBUTARIES MAINLY NORTH OF  
INTERSTATE 90. FOR THE LATEST RIVER INFORMATION AND FORECASTS
