A COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT INTO  
TUESDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL INTO THE  
SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE AND BELOW ZERO WITH WIND CHILL VALUES  
DROPPING TO 5 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY  
MORNING.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  
TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.  
 
WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO
