LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.  
 
DISCUSSION...  
 
THERE IS A LOW CHANCE (30 PERCENT) FOR A THUNDERSTORM THIS MORNING  
SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 60 AND AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE WEST  
PLAINS REGION. NO SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.  
 
NORTH WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON WEST OF  
SPRINGFIELD.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.  
 
WARM TEMPERATURES, LOW HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WINDS WILL CREATE AN  
ELEVATED FIRE DANGER FRIDAY AND AGAIN SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.  
 
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES RETURN BY LATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY OF NEXT  
WEEK. ANY SEVERE THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL REMAINS UNCERTAIN AT THIS
