SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40,  
WILL LINGER THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL  
BE POSSIBLE, BUT NO SEVERE WEATHER IS ANTICIPATED. A WEAK COLD FRONT  
THAT MOVED THROUGH THE WILL RESULT IN GENERALLY DRY WEATHER AND LESS  
HUMID CONDITIONS FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL  
BE IN THE MID 80S TO NEAR 90 DEGREES, BEFORE WARMING SLIGHTLY ONCE  
AGAIN ON SUNDAY. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL BE BELOW NORMAL WITH  
TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE 60S. RAIN CHANCES WILL RETURN EARLY
