SHALIMAR TO NEAR FORT WALTON BEACH TO MARY ESTHER, MOVING  
EAST TO NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.  
 
HAZARD...WATERSPOUTS, WIND GUSTS TO 40 KNOTS, AND SMALL HAIL.

IMPACT...WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY
