TEMPERATURES WILL SPIKE ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON WITH BREEZY  
SOUTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THIS  
COLD FRONT WILL BRING AN ENHANCED RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER THIS  
EVENING AND OVERNIGHT TONIGHT...WITH SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF  
70 MPH WINDS AND PING PONG BALL SIZED HAIL. LOCAL RESIDENTS ARE  
ENCOURAGED TO STAY WEATHER AWARE THIS EVENING AS THIS COLD FRONT  
CROSSES THE REGION. FOR TUESDAY...EXPECT MUCH COOLER TEMPERATURES  
AND BREEZY NORTH WINDS. THE WILL ALSO BE ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR  
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH A FEW STRONG TO MARGINALLY SEVERE  
THUNDERSTORMS NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON  
THROUGH EVENING HOURS. CONTINUED BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE  
EXPECTED FOR WEDNESDAY...WITH TEMPERATURES THEN EXPECTED TO CLIMB  
SIGNIFICANTLY BY THE END OF THE WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND WITH  
INTERMITTENT SMALL CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED
