FREEZING DRIZZLE IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AFTER 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON  
AND EXPAND ACROSS THE AREA THIS EVENING. A LIGHT GLAZE OF ICE UP TO  
JUST OVER ONE TENTH OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE BY TUESDAY MORNING  
WITH THE HEAVIER ICE ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED NORTHEAST OF THE  
TRI-CITIES. FREEZING RAIN SHOULD EVENTUALLY TURN OVER TO SNOW IN  
MOST AREAS BY LATE TONIGHT OR TUESDAY. THE HEAVIER SNOWFALL  
ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES SHOULD GENERALLY BE FOUND NORTH OF  
HIGHWAY 6 IN NEBRASKA. A STRONG NORTH WIND OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH  
GUSTS UP TO AROUND 45 MPH IS EXPECTED ON TUESDAY...WHICH COULD  
RESULT IN BLOWING SNOW AND POOR VISIBILITIES. A WINTER WEATHER  
ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF NEBRASKA TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
