EXPECTED TO REMAIN ABOVE CRITICAL THRESHOLDS THOUGH INTO THE UPPER  
TEENS. SURFACE WINDS HAVE BEEN FAIRLY CONSISTENT OUT OF THE  
SOUTHWEST TO SOUTH THIS AFTERNOON. SHOULD EXPECT A TURN TO MORE  
SOUTHERLY AROUND 04Z/10 PM MDT WITH WINDS AROUND 5-10 MPH. WINDS  
RETURN TO A MORE DOMINANT SOUTHWEST FLOW AROUND SUNRISE THURSDAY.
