* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 32.0 FEET BY  
TONIGHT THEN BEGIN FALL BY LATE WEDNESDAY.  
* IMPACT...AT 32.0 FEET...INTERSTATE 680 WEST BETWEEN THE MORMON  
BRIDGE AND INTERSTATE 29 BEGINS TO FLOOD. ALSO, INTERSTATE 29
