AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHWESTERN OSBORNE AND SOUTHEASTERN ROOKS COUNTIES...  
 
AT 1251 PM CDT, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING ALONG  
PARADISE CREEK. BETWEEN 3 AND 8 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN WITHIN  
THE PARADISE CREEK BASIN. FLOOD WATERS ARE NOW RECEDING IN NATOMA  
AND AREAS UPSTREAM, BUT FLOODING WILL CONTINUE IN SOME AREAS INTO  
TONIGHT. NUMEROUS ROADS CONTINUE TO BE IMPASSIBLE. FLASH FLOODING IS  
OCCURRING.  
 
HAZARD...LIFE THREATENING FLASH FLOODING.  
 
SOURCE...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED.  
 
IMPACT...FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS, HIGHWAYS,  
STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE  
AND LOW-LYING AREAS.  
 
SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING INCLUDE...  
PLAINVILLE, NATOMA AND CODELL.
