DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS CONTINUE ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS  
OF I-80 BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND LARAMIE WHERE WINDS OF 30 TO 50 MPH  
ARE OCCURRING WITH BLOWING SNOW AND SLICK ROADS. DESPITE WINDS  
BEING BELOW NORMAL HIGH WIND WARNING THRESHOLDS, THE SLICK ROADS,  
AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT IN EASIER BLOWOFF POTENTIAL AND THUS  
SIMILAR IMPACTS. SEVERAL ACCIDENTS HAVE OCCURRED THIS MORNING AND  
WILL EXTEND THE HIGH WIND WARNING UNTIL 3PM THIS AFTERNOON.

SUMMIT. BLOWING SNOW WILL PRODUCE LOW VISIBILITIES.
