SOUTH OF I-10. ANY STORMS THAT DO DEVELOP WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY  
FREQUENT LIGHTNING, SMALL HAIL, GUSTY WINDS, AND BRIEF, HEAVY  
RAINFALL.
