LOCATIONS. THE SNOW MAY REDUCE THE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A MILE  
AND CAUSE ICY SLIPPERY ROADS OVER A FEWS LOCATIONS RESULTING IN  
DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. WIND GUSTS AROUND 30 MPH AREA ALSO
