...DANGEROUS AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS SOUTHERN NEW  
MEXICO AND FAR WEST TEXAS INTO THIS EVENING...  
 
.A DEEP LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER WESTERN KANSAS WILL TO MOVE  
NORTHEAST AND SLOWLY ALLOW THE WINDS OVER OUR AREA TO WEAKEN. THE  
AREAS ALONG THE EAST SLOPES OF MOUNTAINS WILL REMAIN QUITE WINDY  
FOR SEVERAL MORE HOURS, WITH WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO  
65 MPH, BUT ELSEWHERE WINDS HAVE BEGUN DIMINISHING. BLOWING DUST  
OVER THE SOUTHERN DESERTS SHOULD CONTINUE TO DISSIPATE OVER THE  
NEXT FEW HOURS.

CANCELLED THE HIGH WIND WARNING.  
 
THE STRONGEST WINDS HAVE BEGUN DIMINISHING. WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH  
WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH WILL ARE COMMON ACROSS THIS AREA NOW AND

* IMPACTS...A FEW AREAS OF LOCAL BLOWING DUST POSSIBLE. TRAVEL  
WILL BECOME QUITE DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE  
VEHICLES IN CROSS-WINDS. BUFFETING WIND GUSTS MAY OVERTURN  
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. WINDS WILL BE STRONG ENOUGH TO CAUSE  
DAMAGE TO STRUCTURES AND VEGETATION, AND POSSIBLY RESULT IN  
POWER OUTAGES.
