WINTER ARRIVES LATE TONIGHT ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS
 
 
A STRONG EARLY SEASON COLD FRONT WILL PUSH WEST ACROSS THE  
MOUNTAIN ZONES OVERNIGHT. EXPECT LOW CLOUDS AND FREEZING FOG TO  
DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND CONTINUE INTO MUCH OF MONDAY. ALSO SOME  
FLURRIES AND FREEZING DRIZZLE ARE POSSIBLE BEGINNING MONDAY  
MORNING. GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WILL ALSO DEVELOP  
OVERNIGHT.  
 
ALL THESE FACTORS-STRONG WINDS, FREEZING FOG AND LIGHT FREEZING  
DRIZZLE, WILL MAKE DRIVING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOR MUCH OF  
MONDAY OVER THESE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. MOTORISTS USE CAUTION WHILE
