LATE EVENING WILL ADVANCE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN MID ATLANTIC STATES  
TONIGHT. THE STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE OFF THE EAST COAST ON MONDAY. AN  
EXPANSIVE 30.7 INCH HIGH CENTERED OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES MONDAY  
EVENING WILL BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES LATE MONDAY NIGHT  
BEFORE CROSSING LAKE ONTARIO TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. THE HIGH  
WILL PUSH EAST ACROSS NEW ENGLAND WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY  
NIGHT...WHILE A WEAK STORM SYSTEM WILL PUSH ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT
