HAZARD...INTENSE BURSTS OF HEAVY SNOW. GUSTY WINDS LEADING TO  
BLOWING SNOW AND VISIBILITY RAPIDLY FALLING TO LESS THAN  
ONE-QUARTER MILE. WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

IMPACT...DANGEROUS AND LIFE-THREATENING TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE
