.LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW HAS OVERSPREAD THE DRIFTLESS REGION AND IS  
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING. SNOW RATES HAVE GENERALLY  
BEEN AROUND A HALF INCH PER HOUR WITH RATES CLOSER TO AN INCH PER  
HOUR SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 18 IN NORTHEAST IOWA. WHILE VISIBILITY LARGELY  
REMAINS AT LEAST A HALF MILE ACROSS THE REGION, ROADS ARE BECOMING  
PARTIALLY TO FULLY COVERED BY SNOW AND ARE CONSEQUENTLY BECOMING  
DANGEROUSLY SLICK. THESE DIFFICULT TRAVEL CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE  
THROUGH TONIGHT. TONIGHT, GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 35 MPH WILL DEVELOP.
