NIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY AS WEST-SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW  
BECOMES ESTABLISHED AT 500 MB ACROSS THE SOUTHERN CONUS. A FRONTAL  
PASSAGE WILL BRING A RETURN TO COOL AND DRY CONDITIONS FOR  
WEDNESDAY.
