THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHERN NEW YORK, CENTRAL  
VERMONT, NORTHEAST VERMONT, NORTHWEST VERMONT AND SOUTHERN VERMONT.  
   
DAY ONE  
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.  
 
LATE TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW MORNING, PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD ACROSS  
THE FORECAST AREA, MOSTLY IN THE FORM OF RAIN AND HIGH ELEVATION  
SNOWFALL. THERE MAY BE SOME BRIEF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AT HIGHEST  
ELEVATIONS AS THE PRECIPITATION GETS UNDERWAY.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  
THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.  
 
AN EXPANSIVE UPPER LOW WILL PROVIDE SEVERAL ROUNDS OF NEEDED  
PRECIPITATION THURSDAY INTO THE WEEKEND. SNOW LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO  
LOWER, MAINLY FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING, AND THEN AGAIN  
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING WHEN WET SNOW COULD REACH AS LOW  
AS 2000 FEET IN ELEVATION.
