AREAS RECEIVING A GENERAL ONE TO THREE INCHES OF ACCUMULATION.  
WHILE THIS FEATURE WILL BECOME PART OF A LARGER STORM OFF THE  
EAST COAST TONIGHT...LAKE ENHANCED SNOWS IN ITS WAKE ARE  
EXPECTED TO ACCUMULATE ANOTHER ONE TO THREE INCHES. THE UPCOMING  
WEEKEND THEN PROMISES TO INCLUDE THE COLDEST WEATHER OF THE  
YOUNG WINTER SEASON WITH NUISANCE LAKE SNOWS EAST OF ROCHESTER  
COMING TO AN END. TEMPERATURES BY SUNDAY WILL NOT CLIMB OUT OF
