SYNOPSIS  
 
A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.20 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE EASTERN  
GREAT LAKES THROUGH THIS EVENING. LOW PRESSURE 29.50 CENTERED  
OVER THE GREAT PLAINS WILL LIFT A WARM FRONT NORTH ACROSS LAKE  
ERIE EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THIS LOW PRESSURE WILL EXTEND A COLD  
FRONT SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS LAKE ERIE THURSDAY. THIS FRONT WILL  
STALL OUT SOUTH OF LAKE ERIE AND ACROSS OHIO BY THURSDAY NIGHT.  
THIS STALLED BOUNDARY WILL LINGER ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY THROUGH  
THIS WEEKEND BEFORE IT FINALLY MOVES OUT. TROUGHING AVERAGING  
30.10 INCHES WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEKEND WITH THIS STATIONARY  
FRONT SOUTH OF THE LAKE.
