CASPER 850/700MB HEIGHT GRADIENTS IN THE 40S TODAY AND 30S  
TUESDAY. COLORADO TROUGH CONTINUES TO MOVE EAST TODAY WITH SNOW  
ENDING IN THE MOUNTAINS THIS EVENING.  
 
RIDGING TUESDAY WITH DRY WEATHER AND LIGHTER WINDS. BEGIN TO SEE  
A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING INTO WESTERN COLORADO WEDNESDAY.

TROUGH ALOFT.  
 
FRIDAY...ANOTHER SHORTWAVE TROUGH ALOFT MOVES OVERHEAD, SPREADING  
OROGRAPHIC SNOW SHOWERS OVER OUR SNOWY AND SIERRA MADRE RANGES,  
THOUGH WITH MINIMAL PRECIPITATION ELSEWHERE AS THE SYSTEM IS  
MOISTURE LACKING. 700 MB TEMPERATURES NEAR -6 CELSIUS WILL YIELD  
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES IN THE MID TO UPPER 30S WEST OF I-25, WITH  
MID TO UPPER 40S EAST OF I-25.  
 
SATURDAY...FAST MOVING NORTHWEST FLOW ALOFT DEVELOPS IN THE WAKE OF  
THE SHORTWAVE TROUGH ALOFT PASSAGE, PRODUCING A BREEZY TO WINDY DAY,  
WITH SLIGHTLY WARMER TEMPERATURES DUE TO LESS CLOUD COVER COMPARED  
TO FRIDAY. OROGRAPHIC SNOW SHOWERS CONTINUE FOR THE SNOWY AND SIERRA
