HANCOCK, HENDERSON, MCDONOUGH, MERCER AND WARREN, IOWA, INCLUDING  
THE FOLLOWING AREAS, DES MOINES, HENRY IA, IOWA, JEFFERSON,  
KEOKUK, LEE, LOUISA, VAN BUREN AND WASHINGTON, AND NORTHEAST  
MISSOURI, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS, CLARK AND SCOTLAND.

- HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS HAS LED TO  
SATURATED SOILS ACROSS THE AREA. ADDITIONAL ROUNDS OF SHOWERS  
AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY  
MORNING, WHICH COULD PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF  
RAIN AND LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.
