INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS, DES MOINES, HENRY IA, JEFFERSON,  
LEE AND VAN BUREN, AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING  
AREAS, CLARK AND SCOTLAND.

* IMPACTS...EXCESSIVE RUNOFF MAY RESULT IN FLOODING OF RIVERS,  
CREEKS, STREAMS, AND OTHER LOW-LYING AND FLOOD-PRONE LOCATIONS.  
CREEKS AND STREAMS MAY RISE OUT OF THEIR BANKS.

- DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINS FROM YESTERDAY AT LOCATIONS SOUTH OF  
INTERSTATE 80 THE GROUND IS VERY SATURATED. ADDITIONAL  
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS EARLY THIS MORNING MAY CAUSE ISOLATED  
FLASH FLOODING.
