EVENING FOR CENTRAL DONA ANA COUNTY...  
 
AT 547 PM MDT, THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED OUT OF THE WARNED AREA, BUT  
FLOODING WILL CONTINUE TO BE A THREAT DUE TO RUNOFF. RADAR ESTIMATES  
RAINFALL RANGED FROM 1 TO 1.5 INCHES IN AN AREA EAST OF I-25 AND  
NORTH OF US-70. THERE ARE MANY LOW WATER CROSSINGS IN THIS AREA, AND  
SOME WILL LIKELY BE TOO DANGEROUS TO CROSS UNTIL RUNOFF DIMINISHES.  
 
HAZARD...FLASH FLOODING CAUSED BY THUNDERSTORMS.

IMPACT...FLASH FLOODING OF ARROYOS, LOW WATER CROSSINGS, AND LOW  
LYING AREAS.
