INCREASING CLOUDS AND COOLER TEMPERATURES WERE IN PLACE ACROSS  
CENTRAL AND EASTERN KANSAS TODAY. LATE AFTERNOON READINGS RANGED  
FROM THE UPPER 40S OVER NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS, TO THE LOW 60S OVER  
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE STATE.  
 
THE POWERFUL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM THAT BROUGHT WIND AND RAIN  
YESTERDAY IS NOW LIFTING INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS. AT THE SAME  
TIME, SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY BE MOVING-IN FROM THE  
NORTHWEST. THIS SETUP WILL BRING COOL TEMPERATURES AND DRY  
CONDITIONS THROUGH WEDNESDAY.  
 
OVERNIGHT LOWS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM AROUND 20 OVER WESTERN  
NEBRASKA TO THE UPPER 30S ACROSS SOUTHERN MISSOURI. LOOK FOR HIGHS  
ON WEDNESDAY TO RANGE FROM THE 40S ACROSS MOST OF NEBRASKA TO THE  
MID AND UPPER 50S FROM SOUTHERN KANSAS INTO OKLAHOMA.
