* WHEN...UNTIL 11 PM EST THIS EVENING.  
 
* IMPACTS...A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS THAT VISIBILITIES WILL BE  
REDUCED TO ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS. LOW VISIBILITY WILL MAKE  
NAVIGATION DIFFICULT.
