OF FLORIDA OFF THE MIDDLE AND UPPER KEYS. MARINERS ENCOUNTERING THIS  
ACTIVITY CAN EXPECT MODERATE RAINFALL REDUCING VISIBILITIES AND WIND  
GUSTS UP TO 20 TO 25 KNOTS.  
 
ELSEWHERE, ALONG THE LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS, ONGOING AREAS OF FOG  
ARE GRADUALLY SLIDING SOUTH INTO THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA.  
VISIBILITIES ON ROADWAYS MAY BE REDUCED TO A MILE OR LESS IN AREAS OF  
PATCHY FOG.
